Responsible for the administrative aspects of the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing, and follow up with all candidates, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Recruitment Department. Also responsible for the administrative aspects of the Computer Based Training Process including scheduling and follow up with all trainees, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Training Department. This role involves communicating with the Management team to address current staffing needs, tracking diversity initiative and retention issues, conducting exit interviews, and maintaining a neat and organized workstation.
