It may involve maintaining agency personnel records, verifying billing from staffing agencies, and performing data entry for accounting cost management reports. Additionally, the Staffing Assistant processes scheduling data for payroll, maintains records related to schedules, time cards, attendance, and competencies. The role handles various scheduling situations, ensuring even rotation of staff and placement to meet FTE status during low census. Reception duties include answering and directing calls, taking messages, and greeting individuals. The Staffing Assistant also gathers, compiles, analyzes, and summarizes department data for reports and meetings, and monitors and troubleshoots department office equipment.
