Administrative Coordinator – Staffing & Personal Care located in Madison, WI Interim HealthCare is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Coordinator to support our Staffing and Personal Care operations. This role is essential to ensuring our caregivers and clients are supported through accurate scheduling coordination, credential tracking, and administrative support. This is a non-supervisory, administrative position focused on supporting operational workflows, maintaining compliance records, and assisting leadership with day-to-day office functions. This position does not make independent staffing, clinical, or operational decisions.
