As our Staffing Coordinator , you’ll play a critical leadership role in building, supporting, and coordinating the team that makes this possible. What You’ll Do Recruitment & Staffing Leadership Recruit, interview, and onboard compassionate caregivers. Build a dependable team that reflects our values and service standards. Training & Development Lead mentorship and caregiver development to ensure quality, professionalism, and accountability. Scheduling & Operational Coordination Manage caregiver schedules, handle coverage needs, and maintain continuity of care. Thoughtfully match caregivers to clients based on skills and compatibility. Client Onboarding & Care Planning Support smooth client transitions. If licensed (RN/LPN), create customized care plans. Client & Family Engagement Serve as a trusted point of contact. Communicate proactively, resolve concerns, and ensure consistent service excellence. Hands-On Support When Needed Step in to assist with ADLs or companionship to maintain uninterrupted care delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience (any industry)
  • Experience providing hands-on senior care (professional or personal strongly preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
  • Reliable insured transportation & valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass all background and registry checks
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
