Requirements
- 5+ years of senior caregiving experience (CNAs strongly encouraged to apply)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules with precision
- Comfort using computers, email, and scheduling software
- A calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
Responsibilities
- Recruit, Train & Support Caregivers Build a reliable, compassionate team through thoughtful hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship.
- Coordinate Care & Scheduling Manage daily schedules, resolve call-offs quickly, ensure consistent coverage, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist With Client Onboarding & Care Plans Support new client setup, coordinate care plans, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Build Strong Client & Family Relationships Communicate proactively, resolve concerns professionally, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Provide Hands-On Care When Needed Step in to assist with ADLs, companionship, and meal prep to maintain uninterrupted care.
