Requirements

Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, account management, or business development preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Entrepreneurial mentality with strong networking abilities
Comfortable with outbound business development activities
Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and grow new client accounts through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and referrals
Build relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and company leadership
Present staffing and recruiting solutions to prospective clients
Identify hiring needs and coordinate with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates
Manage client relationships throughout the hiring process
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, networking events, and business development efforts
Negotiate staffing agreements and service opportunities
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management
Stay informed on hiring trends, workforce challenges, and market opportunities
