About The Position

BestLogic Staffing is looking for a motivated, results-driven Staffing Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is designed for ambitious sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, generating new business, and creating long-term partnerships with companies looking for staffing and recruiting solutions. This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential for individuals who are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and business growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, account management, or business development preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with strong networking abilities
  • Comfortable with outbound business development activities
  • Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new client accounts through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and company leadership
  • Present staffing and recruiting solutions to prospective clients
  • Identify hiring needs and coordinate with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates
  • Manage client relationships throughout the hiring process
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, networking events, and business development efforts
  • Negotiate staffing agreements and service opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management
  • Stay informed on hiring trends, workforce challenges, and market opportunities
