About the team and the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Researcher. At eBay, we value innovation, collaboration, and a passion for customer-centric solutions. Human-centered insights and a deep understanding of people and cultures are essential to how we do our best work. Our team of UX researchers guide design partners and cross-functional teams at eBay to discover, interpret, and act upon insights and opportunities in an inspiring way. We contribute to all phases of product development, and influence product and business strategy while we're at it. The ideal candidate for this team is a strategic thinker, great storyteller, and loves working with peers and leaders to uncover insights and drive sophisticated solutions to tough problems. This passionate and inclusive researcher will work closely alongside partners from design, business, product management, engineering, and marketing to deliver high-impact user insights. Crafting, conducting, and socializing user research across a spectrum of methodologies is something this candidate excels at.
