About The Position

As a Professional Services Project Manager, you will be tasked with leading the delivery of complex, high-impact cybersecurity projects across our client base, with a heavy focus on SIEM migration projects alongside the broader SentinelOne Platform. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, resources, and stakeholder communication with precision. You will drive execution from post-sales kickoff through delivery, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of SentinelOne technologies.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years in a client-facing Project Management/Service Delivery role within Professional Services, with a proven track record managing complex technical projects, preferably SIEM implementations and migrations.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions (EDR, XDR, SOAR) is highly desirable, along with solid grounding in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); PMP or PRINCE2 is a strong plus.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with strong organizational ability across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Proactive, accountable problem-solver with leadership qualities and the ability to guide and mentor delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact, fostering trust and rapport with the client while driving adoption and consumption of SentinelOne products post-sales.
  • Guide each engagement from initial scope definition and kickoff through detailed planning, execution, and closure, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Translate customer priorities and technical requirements into actionable, measurable project deliverables and success criteria.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and negotiate resolutions for complex issues.
  • Deliver regular, transparent updates on project status and key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders, and identify process gaps to implement SOPs for delivery efficiency.
