About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-wide technically complex programs with high impact and urgency. This role is ideal for someone who sees building Tech Strategy & Execution (TSE) as a crucial enabling technology, possesses strong subject matter expertise in software design architecture and analysis, and has a robust background in system design and data analysis for platform capabilities. If you enjoy solving technically complex problems and delivering outcomes in AI/ML and cloud computing, with an execution-oriented mindset focused on platform enhancements, this role is for you.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Strategic Technical Program Management experience.
Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions.
Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights.
High standards and a bias toward action.
Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
Leadership experience.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Work closely with company-wide business & Engineering teams to define, streamline, design, and analyze data to build business requirements.
Articulate requirements to engineering teams and perform functional & technical data & system analysis.
Drive engineering implementation through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with urgency and technical depth.
Define, iterate, and improve operational excellence in a large organization.
Manage end-to-end responsibility from planning and strategy development to execution and accountability for quarterly and annual goals.
Develop new tools and processes to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Create and manage long-term goals of the organization, ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Identify systems needs and/or define processes to improve efficiency and enable reliability and scalability.
Lead initiatives involving non-functional requirements and platform-level changes, speaking the language of engineers.
Utilize sharp analytical skills with metrics, deep dive into data to identify gaps, prioritize effectively, and move with urgency in dynamic environments.
