This position is offered by ResMed Digital Health Inc. and is a hybrid in-office/remote position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex technical programs within software engineering, cloud platforms, AI, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with 8+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs involving software engineering, cloud platforms, data platforms, or AI technologies using Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with 6+ years utilizing Agile planning and work management tools (e.g., Jira) to drive program execution, dependency management, and executive reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience with 6+ years partnering with cross-functional engineering, product, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, resolve risks, and drive successful program outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience using data, metrics, and KPIs to drive decision-making, measure program health, and communicate progress to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization, including engineering leadership and executives, to build alignment, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive execution across multiple organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex technical initiatives involving enterprise-scale cloud, AI, data platform, analytics, or infrastructure modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams across the Global Data Platform organization to drive complex, high-impact programs related to enterprise AI, data platform modernization, analytics, data governance, cloud services, and real-time data capabilities.
  • Lead program planning, execution, governance, and cross-functional alignment while managing risks, dependencies, and organizational impediments.
  • Develop strong partnerships with product management, platform and data engineering, architecture, security, and executive leaders to drive focus and alignment on strategic priorities and technology roadmaps.
  • Define program scope and schedules while ensuring the timely delivery of business value.
  • Overcome resource constraints, manage cross-functional dependencies, and coordinate execution across multiple organizations.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to teams to meet and exceed commitments.
  • Organize and facilitate governance forums, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare executive progress reports and strategic updates for leadership.
  • Perform work in a specialized area of expertise requiring deep knowledge of enterprise data platforms, AI technologies, and large-scale platform delivery.
