Our Technical Program Management team is helping to lead the charge on the shift towards AI. We are driving the execution and delivery of Box's most strategic programs and portfolios, focusing on realizing Box’s long-term vision of content + AI. As system thinkers, we are optimizing business operations and delivery for Engineering and Product while collaborating company-wide to maximize efficiency. We are seeking a seasoned Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs that accelerate Box’s transition into the modern AI-powered development ecosystem for both our teams and our customers. In this role, you will drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, partnering with business and technology leaders across the organization to ensure successful outcomes. You will bring structure to ambiguity, proactively manage milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks, and ensure programs are executed with clarity, speed, and quality. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, communicates effectively across stakeholders, and is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver meaningful customer impact.
