About The Position

As a Staff Technical Program Manager on the Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Integration team, you will own delivery and accreditation of capabilities that allow Lattice to operate securely across classification boundaries. Working across engineering, vendors, and government authorizing officials, you will address technical and compliance challenges to deliver secure, real-time data flows to warfighters. The role is part of the Connected Warfare Division, which builds mission-critical systems for global command and control and multi-domain operations. Its Mission Command group delivers software solutions that integrate with endpoints worldwide. You will lead the roadmap for integrating Lattice across security domains, coordinate engineering and compliance stakeholders, guide government security assessment and authorization processes, manage technology partnerships, and promote scalable architectures and disciplined engineering practices. You will also partner with trade compliance and export control teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Possess and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
  • Demonstrated track record as a Senior or Staff Technical Program Manager, Systems Engineer, or Security Engineer delivering complex IT, networking, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Foundational understanding of computer and network security principles, cybersecurity architectures, threat modeling, and/or defense-in-depth strategies.
  • Experience navigating U.S. Government security compliance frameworks, such as RMF, NIST SP 800-53, DoDI 8510.01, or ICD 503, and driving systems through the ATO process.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional execution across distributed software engineering, infrastructure, and test teams.
  • Proven ability to manage technical vendor partnerships, evaluate third-party technologies, and hold external partners accountable to technical milestones.
  • Excellent technical communication skills and ability to bridge discussions among software engineers, operational military personnel, and senior government authorization authorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building, integrating, testing, or authorizing Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) or Multi-Level Security (MLS) architectures in DoD or Intelligence Community environments.
  • Familiarity with National Cross Domain Strategy and Management Office (NCDSMO) requirements and CDS lifecycle processes, including Raise-the-Bar standards.
  • Experience navigating international export controls, ITAR, and EAR compliance for defense software and security platforms.
  • Background in distributed systems, secure cloud environments, and tactical network integration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution roadmap for integrating Lattice across security domains and deliver solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with operational requirements.
  • Coordinate software engineering, cybersecurity, compliance teams, third-party vendors, and customer stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end security assessment, accreditation, and authorization processes with government Authorizing Officials to achieve and maintain Authorizations to Operate (ATOs).
  • Collaborate with software, systems, and infrastructure teams to plan, build, integrate, and test functionality.
  • Establish, evaluate, and maintain third-party hardware and software vendor relationships to meet current needs and support future growth.
  • Champion engineering decisions that reduce operational complexity and lifecycle costs while supporting scalable architectures for future multi-enclave capabilities.
  • Partner with trade compliance and export control teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and export control requirements.
  • Establish and maintain engineering, validation, and fielding processes so deployed solutions are resilient, repeatable, and maintainable in operational environments.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers.
  • Top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including a comprehensive, competitive package described as available at little to no cost to employees.
