About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-wide technically complex programs with high impact and urgency. This role involves defining and driving Tech Strategy & Execution (TSE) company-wide, requiring strong subject matter expertise in software design architecture and analysis, system design, and data analysis for platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will enjoy solving technically complex problems and delivering outcomes in AI/ML and cloud computing, with a focus on execution, platform enhancements, and improvements across the technology landscape. As a Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with business and Engineering teams to define, streamline, design, and analyze data to build business requirements. You will articulate requirements to engineering teams, perform functional and technical data and system analysis, and drive engineering implementation through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role demands a high degree of collaborative skills, the ability to influence and communicate effectively across multiple levels, and a drive for operational excellence in a large organization. You will have high exposure to various tech and business leaders depending on the initiative's focus, with end-to-end responsibility from planning and strategy development to execution and accountability for quarterly and annual goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Strategic Technical Program Management experience.
  • Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions.
  • Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights.
  • High standards and a bias toward action.
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
