Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience, with a strong emphasis on technical platforms and sales operation work flows and tools.
  • Demonstrated success in building and launching complex digital experiences enjoyed by millions of people around the world.
  • Experienced with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, and project reporting dashboards.
  • Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) and eager to integrate them into your workflow.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise-level systems such as CRM, ERP, or equivalent platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep programs on track.
  • Support frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or SAFe to drive continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time program execution.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, R&D, and Operations to deliver high-quality product features.
  • Support alignment across teams by clarifying requirements, identifying potential blockers, and proposing well-reasoned solutions.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners, presenting solutions that align with broader business goals. Be a natural relationship builder and clear communicator.
  • Operationalize products: Oversee the roll-out of technical solutions to the marketplace, ensuring performance, reliability and consumer adoption achieve agreed upon outcomes.
  • Drive technical excellence: Collaborate with engineering teams to make informed trade-offs and support scalable, secure product development.
  • Apply working knowledge of APIs, data systems, and platform capabilities to contribute to sound technical decisions.
