Overview Join an iconic brand that is set to redefine the pick-up truck and rugged SUV marketplace. As a Staff Technical Product Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital commerce and transaction platform for our vehicle sales experience, with a specific focus on integrating a third-party financial services provider into the end-to-end customer journey with related internal tooling. This role owns the product strategy and execution for digital financing, payments, and transaction orchestration, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and conversion-optimized experience. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, finance, legal, and external partners to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric financial capabilities. This is a highly strategic and technical individual contributor role that requires comfort navigating ambiguity, influencing across teams, and making high-impact decisions that directly affect revenue as well as employee and customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on technical platforms or complex integrations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering checkout, payments, financing, or transactional systems in a DTC, ecommerce, automotive, or fintech context.
  • Experience working directly with external financial services or payment partners is strongly preferred.
  • Direct-to-consumer vehicle sales or order-to-delivery experience is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data integration patterns.
  • Experience with enterprises cale systems such as order management, payments platforms, CRM, ERP, or financial services platforms.
  • Comfort collaborating deeply with engineering on technical tradeoffs without acting as an engineering manager.
  • Skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across product, engineering, finance, legal, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong product judgment and data driven decision making skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity, risk, and compliance considerations while maintaining a customer first mindset.
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct-to-consumer vehicle sales or order-to-delivery experience is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

  • This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
  • Initial Base Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00
  • Initial California base salary range = $154,000 - $187,000
