About The Position

The work is engineering-first, focusing on workflow automation, system integrations, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and tooling that operates at company scale. The role involves partnering directly with IT, Security, and business teams (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal) and setting architectural direction. The goal is to apply the same rigor and scalability used for customer-facing products to the company's internal systems. While IT support is part of the role, the primary focus is on building a platform that minimizes support issues.

  • 2+ years administering Microsoft 365 and Azure in a production environment.
  • Solid working knowledge of MDM platforms (Jamf and/or Intune) for maintenance, extension, and automation.
  • Familiarity with identity systems: Okta, SSO, SCIM, and access lifecycle management.
