About The Position

Renewed Horizons is looking for a motivated and compassionate Staff Supervisor to lead our team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role is perfect for someone who loves mentoring others, solving problems, and helping people grow — both our staff and the adults with disabilities we serve. You’ll play a critical role in scheduling, staff support, training, and helping ensure our homes run smoothly and safely.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous DSP or related care experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, car insurance & reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus but not required — we will train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules for multiple locations
• Provide training and guidance for new DSPs
• Offer mentorship and real-time coaching for staff
• Help solve day-to-day issues as they arise in homes
• Have supportive conversations to encourage professional growth
• Fill in and work DSP shifts as needed to ensure coverage
• Participate in an on-call rotation every 4 weeks
• Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and care standards
