Requirements

  • Agile scrum experience and proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Version One, Confluence)
  • Experience with C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink
  • Experience with full software life-cycle development, processes and tools.
  • Solid foundational understanding of Agile
  • Active Secret clearance (or higher) required.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile coaching experience and/or Agile certifications (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)
  • Experience with agile software development lifecycle and work product releases
  • Experience with Software Integration within a Hardware in the Loop Environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering value‑driven features that enable seamless integration of Hardware and Software within the HWIL environment.
  • Work closely with Navigation, Guidance & Control, Flight Software development, and HWIL teams to ensure features or prioritized correctly and dependencies are met.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, system architects, simulation SME, program management, and end‑users; facilitate workshops, demos, and sprint reviews.
  • Prioritize, and refine user stories; ensure each item has clear acceptance criteria and meets the Definition of Ready.
