About The Position

SpyCloud is seeking an experienced and passionate technical leader to join their Integration Team. This role involves setting the technical direction, owning complex initiatives, and driving alignment across engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a track record of end-to-end ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to unblock others. This position offers the opportunity to shape the company's product portfolio and integration strategy, with a significant impact beyond the immediate team. The role embraces AI-empowered development and requires collaboration with Product, Security, and Privacy teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of professional experience delivering high quality production software.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET.
  • Experience with delivering on-premises-installed products.
  • Experience building and interacting with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with front-end development (e.g. React and Typescript).
  • Experience with databases (relational, NoSQL).
  • Experience with a cloud provider like AWS or Azure.
  • Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
  • Experience with Bash and/or Powershell scripting.
  • Experience with a version control system (Git).
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Identity/SSO providers like Okta or Entra ID.
  • Proficiency in Golang or Python.
  • Experience with C++.
  • Experience with Windows Desktop frameworks like Avalonia and WPF.
  • Experience with Github workflows and actions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture of new features and integrations, driving technical design decisions and ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across engineering teams on integration standards, architecture decisions, and best practices.
  • Define and champion engineering standards and patterns for integration development across the organization.
  • Take on full product roadmap items and deliver high quality results on time.
  • Mentor and level up engineers across the team through code review, design feedback, and pair programming.
  • Embrace AI-empowered development and be a leader on how to best and safely use AI throughout the SDLC.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and Privacy teams to shape and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Participate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adopt and evolve team practices, recommending and driving improvements as needed.
