About the Job As a Staff Software Engineer on Keeper’s Rapid Innovation team, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for turning high-priority ideas into working software. Projects may begin with limited requirements and span backend services, web applications, desktop software, security products, developer tooling, AI-enabled capabilities or entirely new product concepts. You will independently shape technical approaches, make architecture decisions, build prototypes and determine what is required to validate an idea. When a concept proves successful, you will help transition it to an established or newly formed product engineering team and move on to the next initiative. This role is designed for an engineer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys learning unfamiliar systems quickly and is energized by building across multiple areas of software engineering rather than owning a single product or technology stack long term.
