Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
  • 10+ years' experience in equivalent or related roles
  • Deep understanding of concurrent programming architecture and best practices.
  • Strong experience with providing technical mentorship and architectural guidance.
  • Strong advocate for agile software development principles and test-driven development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and systems, beta distribution platforms and app store release cycle and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
  • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Focuses on providing thought leadership and works on broader organization projects, which requires understanding of wider business.
  • Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
  • Work alongside the design and product team to create a world class healthcare experience.
  • Native and hybrid application development, maintenance, and release.
  • Practice agile development cycles and collaborative coding methodologies.
  • Peer mentorship, knowledge sharing and fostering growth of fellow team members.
  • Write technical specifications based on user stories and business requirements.
  • Support, maintain, document, and write unit tests
  • Support, maintain, document, and write automated tests
  • Participate in backlog grooming session
  • Participate and conduct design reviews
  • Work under minimal supervision and use independent judgment
  • Contribute and help lead complex technical projects
