Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
- 10+ years' experience in equivalent or related roles
- Deep understanding of concurrent programming architecture and best practices.
- Strong experience with providing technical mentorship and architectural guidance.
- Strong advocate for agile software development principles and test-driven development methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and systems, beta distribution platforms and app store release cycle and processes.
Responsibilities
- Leads and contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Focuses on providing thought leadership and works on broader organization projects, which requires understanding of wider business.
- Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
- Work alongside the design and product team to create a world class healthcare experience.
- Native and hybrid application development, maintenance, and release.
- Practice agile development cycles and collaborative coding methodologies.
- Peer mentorship, knowledge sharing and fostering growth of fellow team members.
- Write technical specifications based on user stories and business requirements.
- Support, maintain, document, and write unit tests
- Support, maintain, document, and write automated tests
- Participate in backlog grooming session
- Participate and conduct design reviews
- Work under minimal supervision and use independent judgment
- Contribute and help lead complex technical projects
