The Engineer Lead (Staff Software Engineer Sr.) for the Strategic Claims Pricing and Reimbursement Teams is responsible for end-to-end design, development, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise-wide technology platforms. This role combines deep technical leadership with strong partnership across business, product, and strategy teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week at the Atlanta, GA office, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.
