About The Position

Work in a fast-paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improving existing capabilities. Customize, develop, and support solutions on the force.com platform. Drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements. Build integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes. Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and Java Script, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce to extend Salesforce. Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform. Possess knowledge of public Cloud architectures and systems like AWS, Azure including security aspects. Help drive designs towards scalable platforms, asynchronous, functional, and reactive systems. Solve complex business and engineering problems. Mentor and guide other engineers within the team. Negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively. Verify solutions by writing and executing automated test classes. Document and analyze processes, procedures, and ensure code is properly documented. Create and maintain a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members. Stay current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study
  • Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Staff Engineer, or related role.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Salesforce Administration
  • Five (5) years of experience with Salesforce Force.com Programming
  • Five (5) years of experience with Systems integration with common web services APIs
  • Five (5) years of experience with Solutioning and architecture including implementing best-fit Salesforce technologies
  • Five (5) years of experience with Data management and transformation
  • Five (5) years of experience with Debugging and monitoring for production services and support.
  • Knowledge of public Cloud architectures and systems like AWS, Azure including security aspects.
