About The Position

As a key member of the product team at Aptos, you will play a pivotal role in building industry-leading Web applications and tools that empower developers in the Web3 ecosystem. You’ll work on a wide range of projects designed to enhance consumer-facing experiences, including decentralized applications for trading and novel experiences, wallets, SDKs, APIs, standards, and protocols. We are a lean, high-impact team that values initiative and independence. Engineers in this role will drive large, complex projects, shaping the future of Web3 products and applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience with UX/UI design and systems
• Web3 experience or familiarity
• Background in payments, defi, or tradfi

Responsibilities

• Leading initiatives to design, build, and optimize Web3 products and applications for Aptos
• Developing new features and integrations to enhance existing experiences
• Maintaining and improving current platforms and web interfaces
• Writing clean, performant, and well-tested code
• Collaborating closely with designers, infrastructure engineers, and other product engineers
