As a Ridgeline Staff Software Engineer on our Portfolio Accounting team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build an industry-defining, fast, scalable accounting engine with full asset class support and global market coverage. You will provide technical leadership to help evolve our architecture, scale to meet our growth opportunities, and exemplify software engineering best practices across the organization. Our team of engineers are building with cutting-edge technologies—like Claude Code and Cursor—in a fast-moving, creative, progressive work environment. You’ll be encouraged to think outside the box, bringing your own vision, passion, and insights to drive advancements that impact both our team and the industry. Our team is committed to creating a lasting impact on the investment management industry, leveraging AI and modern software development practices to deliver transformative change. At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture.
