About The Position

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer – Mobile to lead hands-on development for our flagship mobile applications while setting technical standards across our mobile product portfolio. In this role, you will drive architecture, deliver high-performance user experiences, and mentor engineers across internal and external teams.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience delivering production mobile apps, with native proficiency in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android).
Proven success designing scalable mobile architectures and reusable component libraries.
Experience mentoring engineers and partnering effectively with third-party contractor teams.
Track record of shipping high-impact features quickly while managing technical debt pragmatically.
Familiarity using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM workflows) to accelerate personal and team productivity.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on development and architecture for core mobile products, prioritizing velocity, performance, and reliability.
Design modular component systems, clean navigation, and state management architectures using native platforms.
Establish shared mobile practices, CI/CD automation, and release workflows in partnership with QA and DevOps.
Guide and code-review internal engineers and contractor teams to maintain technical excellence.
Leverage GenAI and developer automation tools to optimize workflows and speed up execution.
