Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and building scalable production ready systems
- Ability to move fast and build systems that may be scrappy
- Experience working with large amounts of data and designing scalable backend systems for high throughput
- Track record of launching and iterating on apps or large software projects
- Recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, offering, etc)
Nice To Haves
- FinTech or Finance experience
- Infrastructure experience with AWS, K8s
- Experience with Python and React at scale
