Our billing platform serves as the foundation for managing financial transactions and customer interactions, aiming to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while supporting strategic growth and ensuring compliance. We are seeking a seasoned Duck Creek Software Engineer with extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale applications and distributed systems. This role involves becoming an integral part of a team managing GEICO's core billing platform, which includes components such as a core billing engine, invoicing system, commissions management, collections, payment processing, CRM integration, subscription management, credit control and dunning management, along with reporting and analytics. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evolving and optimizing the existing platform, with a strong emphasis on improving its scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
