Requirements

  • BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
  • AI-first is your default operating mode
  • You have a genuine passion for building internal platforms where agents are first-class tenants; designing the APIs, guardrails, and observability that let humans and autonomous systems ship together without friction.
  • You exhibit proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript with hands-on experience with modern web technology such as React, Node.js, Tailwind.css, and frameworks such as Next.js and Remix.
  • You have a solid grasp of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes and extensive experience designing APIs
  • You possess a deep understanding of monorepo management, including the design and architectural patterns required to maintain performance and developer sanity at scale.
  • You can navigate the trade-offs between Developer Experience (DX) and platform-native technologies, ensuring our stack (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, etc.) remains both modern and maintainable.
  • You are committed to establishing "paved paths" and self-service capabilities that allow teams to bundle, build, and deploy code—both within and outside the monorepo—with minimal friction.
  • You effectively connect the dots across multiple engineering teams, collaborating with senior leaders to architect high-quality solutions that balance speed with security and stability.
  • You are committed to cultivating an inclusive team culture and mentoring other engineers to foster a high-performance, continuous-learning environment.
  • You stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
