Staff Software Engineer, Cloud Platform

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building products in a high scale environment
- Experience mentoring other engineers
Nice To Haves
- Experience building user trust models and anti-spam product enhancements is a plus
- Understanding of web technologies and cross-platform tracking is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable product features on the Poshmark platform for content and commerce.
- Serve as a partner to platform security and content integrity teams, to execute on any initiatives to support platform for features related to payments, shipping and content.
- Identify areas of opportunity from a technical perspective for improvements to the platform and lead the areas in moving towards a micro services architecture.
- Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, product managers, data analysts, data scientists and data engineers to drive projects from conception to release
- Mentor and lead other team members
