About The Position

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our AI Workflow & Agentic Platforms team. This role involves building and scaling AI-powered platforms, focusing on workflow automation, agentic frameworks, and productionizing AI prototypes into robust microservices. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing secure, reliable, and scalable systems that support AI agents and their associated workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years backend or systems engineering
• Java, Python, or Node.js
• AI-powered or workflow-centric platform experience
• LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agentic framework
• MCP or AI middleware experience
• AWS cloud experience
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Terraform, CDK, or similar IaC
• Kafka, EventBridge, SNS/SQS
• API design, observability, testing, and CI/CD
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of backend or systems engineering experience.
• 3+ years building AI-powered or workflow-centric platforms.
• Strong production experience with cloud, containers, and IaC.
• Experience leading technical delivery across engineering, ML, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build API gateways, wrappers, and middleware for AI agents.
• Create secure access patterns for tools, metadata, and content systems.
• Build agentic workflows for mastering, localization, and delivery.
• Implement tracing, audit logging, governance, approvals, and fallback paths.
• Convert AI prototypes into production microservices.
• Build event-driven services and reliable APIs.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers.
