About The Position

Right Choice Accounting Solutions is hiring a Staff / Senior Accountant to own and oversee day-to-day accounting work for a portfolio of client companies. The role manages the accounting process to keep client books clean, accurate, and current, including bookkeeping oversight, journal entries, payroll processing, month-end close support, and client scheduling. The accountant will work closely with the leadership team and directly with clients, identifying issues to correct or escalate and keeping leadership informed. The role begins with in-office training at the company’s Duluth, Georgia office and becomes hybrid afterward. Employees are available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM; Mondays are in-office and most Fridays are remote. The company values results over hours and says employees may finish when their work is done, including on in-office days. The position offers room to grow, including potential transition to the Client Advisory Services (CAS) team, with advancement based on results rather than tenure. A 90-day probationary period is used to assess performance, cultural fit, and alignment with company goals.
