Staff Semiconductor Wet Chemical Process Engineer, Raxium

Google•Fremont, CA
•$188,000 - $274,000

About The Position

In this role, you will join Raxium’s team in Silicon Valley as a Staff Wet Chemical Process Engineer. Raxium’s technology has more demanding process requirements than those found in a typical LED fab, supported by an installed equipment set designed to meet those needs. You will help ensure wet etch processes are developed robustly and maintained from development through manufacturing, in conjunction with equipment engineering. You will contribute to the development of novel display technology. Google’s Raxium display group has established a semiconductor materials display technology intended to enable new functionality in display products, including applications such as augmented reality and light-field display. Raxium has start-up roots and a state-of-the-art compound semiconductor fab in Silicon Valley. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The listed U.S. salary range is $188,000–$274,000, with a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
