Renew Home is seeking a Staff Sales Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our commercial organization, external partners, and internal teams. In this role, you will provide technical expertise throughout the sales lifecycle—supporting utility engagements, omnichannel partnerships, and strategic business opportunities while helping ensure successful solution design and execution. You will partner closely with the Partnerships team to advance opportunities from initial discovery through contract execution by leading technical discussions, validating solution design, and supporting proposal and Scope of Work development. You will also collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Success, and Analytics to translate market needs into actionable technical requirements, ensure alignment on product capabilities, and support consistent, accurate external messaging. Success in this role requires the ability to engage confidently with utilities, DERMS providers, implementation contractors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders alike. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping bridge commercial objectives with operational execution while creating scalable processes that enable Renew Home's continued growth. This role reports to the Head of Partnerships.
