About The Position
HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Staff Registered Nurses (RN) to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this skilled nursing and long-term care nursing opportunity. We are seeking dependable, compassionate RNs with strong clinical judgment and prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience who can provide exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced inpatient environment.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN License
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or nursing home experience REQUIRED
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in team-based environments
- Strong clinical documentation and medication administration skills
- Stable and consistent employment history
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care inpatient experience
- Experience working in high-volume skilled nursing environments
- Strong resident-centered care approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Maintain compliant and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond professionally to resident needs and emergencies
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
