About The Position

The Staff RN provides general nursing care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum in diverse health care settings, collaborating with the health care team. The nurse is accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. This role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization. Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
• 0 years of experience listed.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments, as applicable to the population or individual.
• Document planned nursing interventions based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.
• Evaluate and document patients’ responses to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriate intervals; revise the plan of care with the multidisciplinary team based on evaluative data.
• Participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Carry out operations responsibilities.
• Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency when performing job duties.
