This position highlights a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a patient ratio of 1:3-4. The role is full-time, working night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), requiring every third weekend. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited program in Nursing.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within five (5) years from the date of hire.
Registered Nurse with current Ohio license
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Responsibilities

Provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient’s plan of care.
Creates an atmosphere that supports our vision: To be our regions’ most trusted partner in healthcare.
As the primary care giver, provides direct patient care.
Works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
