About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Staff Registered Nurses (RNs) to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this clinical care role. This position requires a nurse who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in long-term care, with the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care during structured evening shifts.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
Proven experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or nursing home environments (required)
Strong understanding of patient care workflows in inpatient settings
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care
Strong communication and documentation skills
Stable and consistent employment history

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-capacity skilled nursing facilities (100+ beds)
Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
Ability to manage patient needs in fast-paced environments
Experience supporting consistent patient outcomes and care quality
Nurses experienced in large skilled nursing facilities (150+ beds)
RNs who thrive in structured, routine-driven care environments
Candidates with strong patient-centered care approaches
Nurses who demonstrate reliability, consistency, and accountability

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient conditions and escalate changes promptly
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all care activities
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary care teams
Respond to patient needs and clinical situations with professionalism and urgency
Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility regulations
