The opportunity The Staff R&D Process Engineer will play a critical role in developing and scaling advanced manufacturing processes for next-generation AR eyepiece technologies, with a primary focus on laser processing and singulation of glass and glass-like substrates. This position sits at the intersection of research and development and high-volume manufacturing. You will own process development from early-stage exploration through production ramp, solving complex challenges in precision, yield, and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who is highly hands-on, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys building processes that transition from lab to manufacturing.
