The coordinator will also carry out administrative and quality review duties during their assigned 12-hour shift, working either at the SIRS Office location or a Community/Residential site for quality assessment and observation. Administrative duties include filing and reviewing time entries in the CASPer software. Quality review and support tasks involve DSP Competency Observations, Quality Review Assessments, and DSP Mentoring/Shadowing.
