Mclean Alcohol, Drug, Addition Treatment Program (ADATP) outpatient program provides individualized care designed to address the mental, physical, and spiritual components of addictive disorders by integrating evidence-based treatment models with 12-step and other self-help resources. Our multidisciplinary team consists of social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners that offer individual and group therapy. The Licensed Psychologist is accountable/responsible for the day-to-day treatment, management, disposition, and aftercare plan for his/her assigned patients with particular attention to taking responsibility for the prudent use of clinical resources. The Psychologist position requires flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills both with internal and external customers, the ability to function independently and collaborate effectively with other staff.
