The Baker Center for Children and Families (also known as Judge Baker Children's Center), promotes the best possible mental health of children and families through the integration of research, intervention, training, and policy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Outpatient Clinical Services, the Staff Psychologist will provide high quality behavioral health treatment to a culturally diverse population of children and young adults ages 2-22, utilizing evidence-based practices (EBP). The Staff Psychologist participates in onsite and virtual evidence-based trainings and receives support working towards certification in various evidence-based approaches. The Staff Psychologist works to implement high quality behavioral health care while adhering to the Center for Effective Therapy’s (CET) clinical and operational policies and procedures. Opportunities to join the clinical faculty at CET as part of The Baker Center’s American Psychological Association (APA -accredited outpatient training clinic, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, are available as staff psychologists demonstrate expertise in evidence-based treatment.
