About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically strong, and customer-focused Staff Product Marketing Engineer to drive the strategy, growth, and market success of our Power Management product portfolio. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and business leadership to translate market opportunities into differentiated products that deliver customer value. As a key member of the product team, you will work closely with Engineering, Applications, Program Management, Operations, Sales, and Executive Management to define product strategy, influence technology direction, and execute successful product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience or an equivalent amount of advanced education and experience in Product Marketing, Product Sales, Applications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal power management products, including PMICs, battery management, point-of-load regulators, or related technologies.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor products from concept through production.
  • Experience with product roadmaps, TAM/SAM analysis, pricing strategy, ROI modeling, and business planning.
  • Proven success working directly with customers to define products and support strategic design wins.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and business planning skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to influence cross-functional organizations and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters in Electrical Engineering and/or an MBA
  • Experience with power management solutions for enterprise computing and storage, communications infrastructure, industrial, or consumer applications.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product teams through new product introduction.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and strategic portfolio planning.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and long-term growth for assigned Power Management product families.
  • Lead product definition by translating customer requirements, market trends, and competitive analysis into differentiated products and market requirements.
  • Develop market assessments, including TAM/SAM analysis, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, ROI models, and business cases for new product investments.
  • Create compelling product presentations, value propositions, sales enablement materials, and technical marketing collateral for internal and external audiences.
  • Support strategic customer engagements through technical presentations, product demonstrations, architecture discussions, and design reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to identify emerging application needs, support design wins, and drive future product opportunities.
  • Deliver product training for Sales, Field Applications Engineers, distribution partners, and customers worldwide.
  • Partner with Engineering, Applications, and Marketing Communications to support new product introductions, reference designs, product launches, and customer communications.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and influence future product direction.
  • Represent Qorvo at customer visits, technical conferences, webinars, and industry trade shows.
