About The Position

Shape end-to-end positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy for Handshake AI (HAI) focused on frontier labs while ensuring narratives complement Handshake’s broader story about fellows and early-career talent. Drive HAI go-to-market strategy for major launches and initiatives in partnership with Product, Sales, and the broader Marketing team. Serve as the end-to-end PMM owner for HAI with Sales, acting as the primary point of contact and decision-maker for how HAI shows up in lab-facing conversations (value props, proof points, pricing/packaging narratives, objection handling). Partner with HAI Product and Sales leadership to influence long-term product and GTM strategy using customer, competitive, and market insights; synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations that guide executive decisions. Lead sales enablement for HAI, partnering with Sales to identify gaps and build new assets (playbooks, talk tracks, competitive one-pagers, pitch materials) and training. Own GTM performance measurement for HAI (pipeline, win rates, attach, deal velocity), translating data into clear insights and iterating narratives and plays based on what drives revenue impact. Partner with event marketing to translate HAI positioning into compelling in-person and virtual experiences for AI lab audiences—owning messaging for executive dinners, field events, and conference activations. Elevate the PMM function by codifying HAI GTM frameworks, launch templates, and messaging systems that can be reused across products and teams; mentor other PMMs and marketers working on AI and data products.
