Staff Product Manager - Enterprise AI/Agentic Solutions

Abbott•Chicago, IL
•$129,300 - $258,700•Onsite

About The Position

The Staff Product Manager is a production- and delivery-oriented product management role focused on enterprise AI and agentic solutions, rather than research or exploration. The role partners with Abbott business divisions, functional leaders, and AI liaisons to turn business value drivers, targets, and prioritized use cases into a living roadmap of product capabilities. The roadmap should clarify what the product supports today and what it must support next, providing a resourced path to production for high-strategic-value use cases. The role is accountable for outcomes after launch, not just intake. The product manager owns and maintains the capability roadmap, prioritizes investment according to strategic value and the use cases enabled, and works with AI/Agentic Engineering and Applied Data Science leads to assess technical feasibility before committing capabilities. The role shares accountability with a division business liaison for the value outcomes of shipped use cases, represents business needs in cross-functional roadmap sequencing, and mentors and technically develops junior team members. This is an onsite role at an Abbott location in Illinois, with a standard work shift and travel of approximately 10% of the time. The listed base pay range is $129,300 to $258,700, with potential variation by location.
