As a Staff Product Manager, you will be a key driver in evolving the expert-side product experience, helping shape how millions of customers and experts connect and engage on JustAnswer. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Expert Operations, Engineering, UX, and Analytics to design and scale technology that enables experts to deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in advancing how we leverage AI—particularly conversational AI—within expert workflows. You’ll play an instrumental role in defining how our experts engage with customers, ensuring a seamless experience from the start of the interaction through resolution. While the exact focus areas for 2026 will evolve, this role will anchor around the expert-facing experience, with potential touchpoints in conversation management, expert-customer matching, and quality optimization. We are seeking a product leader who combines strategic vision, operational understanding, and strong stakeholder management. You’ll need to influence without authority, own outcomes end-to-end, and navigate the complexities of working with multiple stakeholder groups in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
