As Staff Product Manager, Walmart plus growth you will be responsible for growing membership by building a best-in-class acquisition and engagement experiences across the entire members lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience in growth product management at a B2C company.
  • Skills across: Onboarding, Activation, Habit formation, Funnel and Landing Page optimization
  • Experimentation design and implementation
  • Strategies and tactics across upsell, cross-sell, conversion.
  • CRM strategies across email, notification, nudges, and in-product
  • Personalization
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products,
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable projects, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership
  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs
