About The Position

As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. About the team: The team leads strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. It combines deep customer and technical insights with mature product leadership to define vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plans. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners, the team manages product lifecycle, prioritizes initiatives using data-driven insights, and explores emerging technologies. Members influence cross-functional stakeholders, mentor peers, and continuously seek improvements to deliver impactful solutions that align with broader business goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or multiple related products.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management from discovery through value realization.
  • Ability to translate customer and market insights into prioritized, measurable problem statements and product direction.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application within product development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build trust and align business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, aligning with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value from discovery through launch and scaling.
  • Build deep customer and market insights using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
  • Drive data-driven decision making through experimentation, analytics, and AI opportunity assessment to optimize product outcomes.
  • Influence technical direction by collaborating with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation without direct authority.
  • Mentor product managers on roadmap development, launch readiness, and customer-centric practices.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful product adoption.
