About The Position

Collectors is a leading creator of innovative technology providing value-added services for collectors worldwide. We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, modernizing and digitalizing the process to help collectors pursue their passions. Our services span collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia, with subsidiaries including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder. Founded in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items and employ over 3000 people across global offices. Our Product and Design teams focus on creating a seamless user experience across various platforms for grading, protecting, managing, buying, selling, and sharing collectibles. The grading operation processes millions of collectibles annually and serves as a research hub. We are investing in a New Business Venture to build a modern, mobile-first and web experience from the ground up, reimagining customer engagement with the collectibles ecosystem. As the Staff Product Manager, New Business Venture for Customer Experience, you will own the vision and roadmap end-to-end, shaping a seamless and intuitive journey across all touchpoints, partnering closely with design, engineering, and business teams to rapidly build, test, and scale new experiences. We believe in the value of onsite partnership and collaboration, and candidates may be expected to work onsite most of the time if within a 1-hour commuting distance of the office.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management (preferably consumer-facing), with end-to-end ownership of products or major platforms.
  • Strategic leader—shaping vision, roadmap, and business impact at scale.
  • Comfortable bridging legacy businesses with modern market trends.
  • Expert stakeholder manager—simplifies complex issues and builds alignment with both executive and emerging/technical teams.
  • Strong technical and business intuition; ready to make bold, data-informed decisions.
  • Fast-moving, adaptable, and resilient—solving ambiguous problems with humility, hunger, and resolve.
  • Outstanding communicator—clear, persuasive, and context-driven across audiences.
  • Drives team culture and mentors others to level-up the entire product craft.

Responsibilities

  • Own the End-to-End Vision: Define, communicate, and drive a bold, unified vision for the customer experience—balancing strategic innovation with operational excellence.
  • Strategize & Execute: Develop a forward-looking roadmap aligned with business goals; drive product delivery from discovery to launch with speed, quality, and measurable impact.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Partner closely with executive, business, and engineers to align priorities, build trust, and drive cross-functional momentum.
  • Modernize & Transform: Champion the evolution from legacy processes to digital, customer-centric paradigms. Translate market trends, technology shifts, and user feedback into actionable plans and products.
  • Set & Drive KPIs: Establish clear, ambitious metrics for user experience, satisfaction, retention, and platform growth. Drive teams to deliver measurable results and iterate based on data.
  • Mentor & Multiply Talent: Coach and elevate fellow PMs and cross-disciplinary teams; advance the product craft and foster a culture of continuous learning, humility, and high performance.
  • AI-adoption, builder first: finds ways to leverage the latest technology tools to collaborate with partners and ultimately product better outcomes
