The MarTech Product manager is responsible for accelerating customer acquisition and retention, driving our active customer base, frequency, CLV and ROAS. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, Customer, this role owns the conceptual, strategic, and technical development of our core marketing data and technology infrastructure. As the organization shifts toward advanced data-driven marketing, this position exists to optimize multi-million dollar marketing spends and unlock scalable user acquisition loops across our flywheel of buyers and sellers. You will scale and manage complex initiatives across multiple engineering squads and data science teams, driving high-impact product ideas from discovery to deployment.
